Industrial Painter (Wet Coating)

Job Description:

• Operating wet coating equipment using techniques such as Airless, Hot-airless, Airmix electrostatic, or a cup gun.
• Working according to task orders provided by the work planner.
• Ensuring proper application of paint (correct layer thickness and visually smooth).
• Conducting your own quality checks to ensure a well-painted product.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Cleaning spray equipment after each paint change and at the end of the day.
• Performing daily equipment inspections.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the work area on a daily basis.

Requirements:

• Technical insight and understanding of the coating process.
• Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
• Physically capable of handling the demands of the job (tools provided for handling heavy products).
