We are looking for a technically skilled and motivated individual to join our woodworking company as a Machine Planer Operator. You will be responsible for the mechanical processing of wooden parts using planer machines (flatbed and thicknessers) to create precise, flat surfaces ready for further use.

Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and maintain planer machines with millimeter accuracy
Check the quality of the wood before and after machining
Ensure correct dimensions based on technical drawings or instructions
Perform basic daily maintenance and report any issues
Work according to Dutch health and safety regulations

Requirements
Must speak English for communication on the work floor
Technical work experience is required and must be visible on your CV
Experience with woodworking machines, especially planers
Understanding of wood types and their properties
Ability to read technical drawings and perform accurate measurements
Serious attitude and willingness to stay in the Netherlands long term

€0.33/km travel allowance for those with a private car
